“I empower myself to empower others by example. I help you create logical solutions for you to have a better future.”
― Heather Meyer Dipl.HHP
Hello there! I’m Heather.
For over 20 years, I have been using and educating people about a holistic approach to full body health, mental/emotional wellness and brain/nervous system health. From the time I was little I was always drawn to thinking outside the box and there was always a definite voice telling me my purpose was to help others heal. That pull gets stronger and stronger as I grow through my own personal journey. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at and assisting them in how to take a holistic approach to improve and maintain a healthy nervous system, brain health and emotional wellness in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
I particularly enjoy working with women, kids. Women tend to fall into caregiver roles and forget to care for themselves, myself included. For decades I struggled with anxiety, OCD, panic, Postpartum OCD, and depression. It was through that journey and my own experiences that put me on my current path and I am thankful for that. I have 6 kids so it’s pretty obvious I love kids and I love working with them. They fill my heart with joy. I’m excited to guide you and your children to release or accept what holds you back and thrive through life.
I can’t wait to meet you!
