Here are the tapping points to use when listening to the tapping portion of the podcast. You can follow along using this or watching it on YouTube.
When tapping it’s best to say the statements out loud but if that is not possible saying them in your head is okay.
If something doesn’t resonate you can still say it. If it’s a subconscious thought it will help clear it and if not then it’s no big deal. No harm done.
Group tappings like this are great and helpful , however if you are struggling with PTSD, trauma and/or anything that is disrupting your life I highly recommend seeing me or another practitioner one on one. Emotional Freedom Techniques is very effective when it is structured for your own specific needs.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

I wrap up the short talk with a short tapping session on the anxiety and worry that we can have when we and/or our kids are sick.

My friend Jess, an unknow guest (LOL) and I sit down in her living room and I have a discussion about our experiences as a single parent. We talk about the highs and lows and you even get to experience our lovely singing voices. This episode has it all! It ends with a grounding meditation for you to do before you fill out the journal sheet that is located here.
Even though this episode is about single parenting it’s not just for singles. Everyone will get something out of it, especially the meditation and journaling.
