Have you ever considered why you feel like you can prioritize yourself? There can be a number of reasons but today I'm going to talk about the possibility of it being learned as a child. Were you told, "You only think about yourself." or how about being made to share a toy you were not finished enjoying. Both of these scenarios etch into the child's mind that their needs are not the priority.

Moving from my old space to my new space was a har

Moving from my old space to my new space was a hard decision to make. My old office held a lot of memories. It was a place where not only my clients transformed but so did I.

I thank that space for all it provided and I’m so excited for the new chapter and what my new office has to hold.
