Upbeat Essence Blend encourages an optimistic upbeat mind set.  This is great to use when your outlook has been pessimistic, you have been feeling down or you just feel like you could use a pick me up.

Essence blends are formulated by me using essences from plants and gems. They are charged with sound frequencies.

Essences work gently by encouraging your body to match the vibrational frequency of the essence.

Essences are safe and gentle.  They can be used while pregnant, nursing and have no known contraindications.

Essence blends are supplements you take orally.  They are not the same as Essential Oils.  Essential Oils are extracts and Flower Essences are essences.
